With the Christmas season in full swing, we wanted to talk about something that was very important to Joshua, his faith. Joshua was always very excited to go to Sunday School, AWANA, VBS, Youth Group and Church. His Faith is a topic that if you got him started on, he would talk your ear off.

Joshua had awesome Sunday School teachers growing up that led to his love and understanding. Paige Chapman and  Rhonda Zarr were his 5th grade Sunday school teachers. My mom and I got the pleasure of being his teachers for 6th grade. If you were ever around Joshua at Church, you would know that this kid truly got it, and let you know it.

While in 5th grade he claimed his favorite verse, Joshua 24:15 “As for me and my house we will serve the Lord.” He wrote this on everything. This is the verse we put on the inside of his bracelets. While learning about this part of the Bible, Joshua also learned why his parents gave him the name Joshua.

Joshua would want all of you to learn and know the Word of God. We hope that each and every one of you has Jesus in your hearts.
